T\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkileyen olumsuz sonu\u00e7lar yan\u0131nda gelecek ile ilgili daha da korkutucu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 her \u00fcretim prati\u011finin yeniden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesini zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#6e6e70\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Her ne ko\u015fulda olursa olsun b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek <strong>ekolojik krizle<\/strong> ba\u015f etme \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 maalesef kaybettik. <strong>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir geri \u00e7ekilme<\/strong> fikrini benimsiyoruz. <strong>Daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck, daha verimli, daha esnek<\/strong> bir planlama mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile yola \u00e7\u0131karak gere\u011finden fazla yapmamak kabulu ile in\u015fa eyleminin genel ge\u00e7er kabullerini sorgulay\u0131p y\u00f6ntemleri yeniden ele almak istiyoruz <strong>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fin <\/strong>en temel girdisinin kaynak kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltacak tercihlere y\u00f6nelmek oldu\u011funu kabul ederek var olan\u0131 da yeniden kullanman\u0131n pe\u015finden gidiyoruz.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#6e6e70\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Geleneksel yap\u0131m d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc <\/strong>anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile, al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yap\u0131-mekan \u00fcretimi pratikleri kullan\u0131larak her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha fazla mekan ve yap\u0131 \u00fcretmeye devam ediyoruz. Bu eylemin sonucunda hem kaynaklar\u0131 verimsiz kullanarak do\u011fada a\u011f\u0131r bir tahribata neden oluyoruz, hem de sonsuz miktarda in\u015faat at\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fcretip bunlar\u0131 do\u011faya terkediyoruz. <strong>Alternatif \u00fcretim pratikleri<\/strong> ile in\u015fa etmeyi ve yap\u0131 bile\u015fenlerini yeniden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flamal\u0131y\u0131z. Bir yap\u0131 herhangi bir sebeple b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kaybetti\u011finde elimize mutlaka yeniden kullan\u0131lamayacak karma\u015f\u0131k bir y\u0131\u011f\u0131n olmak zorunda de\u011fil. Ekonomik Kullan\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fc tamamlanan yap\u0131lar\u0131n yeniden kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 yerine genellikle y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 ile de sonucunda <strong>moloz y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar\u0131<\/strong> olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. <strong>Geleneksel yap\u0131m methodlar\u0131<\/strong> ile kaynaklar\u0131n sonsuza kadar devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve do\u011fan\u0131n bu y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde yok edebilece\u011fi inanc\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yerini h\u0131zla temelde d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomiye dayanan <strong>d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel yap\u0131m modeline<\/strong> b\u0131rakmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#6e6e70\" class=\"has-inline-color\">D\u00f6ng\u00fcsel yap\u0131m modelinde <strong>(HAMMADDE &#8211; MALZEME \u2013 YAPIM \u2013 KULLANIM \u2013 S\u00d6K\u00dcM- ATIK &#8211; \u0130LER\u0130 D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015e\u00dcM \u2013 YEN\u0130DEN YAPIM)<\/strong> ise farkl\u0131 kaynaklardan temin edilen yap\u0131 malzemeleri ile in\u015fa edilen yap\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131 anda y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 yerine par\u00e7alar\u0131na ayr\u0131larak elde edilen par\u00e7alar\u0131n yeniden kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 esast\u0131r. Bu noktada yap\u0131m tekni\u011fi ve yap\u0131da kullan\u0131lan malzemelerin niteli\u011fi \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Yap\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturan yap\u0131sal elemanlar demonte edildiklerinde tekrar kullan\u0131ma olanak sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc koruyabilmelidir. Ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 str\u00fckt\u00fcrel elemanlar olarak kullanmak yerine tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 mimari elemanlar olarak ele al\u0131p, mimari tasar\u0131m\u0131n kimli\u011fini olu\u015fturan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00f6\u011felere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerini arzulad\u0131k. Temin edece\u011fimiz noktaya olan Haddehanelere olan yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve ayn\u0131 zamanda bu malzemelerin deniz yolu ile (ve ayn\u0131 zamanda tren yolu ile) proje alan\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilecek olu\u015fu sebebiyle <strong>&#8216;\u00c7elik&#8217;<\/strong> temel yap\u0131 eleman\u0131m\u0131z olarak belirlendi. Proje bile\u015fenlerinden biri olan <strong>&#8216;Mavna&#8217;<\/strong> arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile iskeleye getirilen \u00e7elikler ile \u00f6nce iskelenin in\u015fa edilmesini \u00f6neriyoruz. Proje alan\u0131nda bulunan mevcut yap\u0131lar\u0131 ve beton zemin kaplamas\u0131n\u0131 bertaraf edilmesi gereken bir <strong>in\u015faat at\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fcyoruz. Hem kaynak tasarrufu yaratmak hem de in\u015faat malzemelerinin birer at\u0131k olarak \u00e7evresel etkilerini ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in alandaki mevcut kullan\u0131labilir malzemenin tamam\u0131n\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve ileri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm teknikleri ile kullanmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#6e6e6e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Proje alan\u0131ndaki mevcut yap\u0131lar\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131m-s\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcnden elde etti\u011fimiz yap\u0131sal elemanlar\u0131 yeniden kullanmay\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz.
